How to report a bug in a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy game

     Ran into a bug while roaming the Zone? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Reporting bugs is super helpful and gets us closer to making the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy even better for everyone. This guide will show you how to share those pesky bugs with us, along with where to find the game logs and save files on different platforms. Thanks for helping us keep the Zone in check!

  1. Head to our Support page
  2. Hit the “Submit a request” button at the top center of the page.  
  3. Select “Submit a Bug Report” from the issue dropdown list.  
  4. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible:
    • What: Describe the problem and the steps that led to it.
    • Where: Specify your current location on the map when the issue occurs.
    • When: Let us know when the issue occurs (e.g., during a quest, or in specific situations).
    • Clues: Any additional details that may help us identify the cause of the issue.
    • Visuals: Record a video of the issue, including sound if possible. If recording isn't feasible, please provide relevant screenshots.
  1.  For an extra boost to our understanding, feel free to share your save files of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Enhanced edition as well:
  • Open the Run dialog by pressing Win + R simultaneously.
  • In the "Open" field, type or paste the following path: shell:SavedGames
  • Click OK or press Enter. This will open the "Saved Games" folder. Inside the "Saved Games" folder, you will find subfolders for each STALKER game Enhanced Edition:
    • STALKER Shadow of Chornobyl - EE
    • STALKER Clear Sky - EE
    • STALKER Call of Pripyat - EE
  • Within each of these game folders, you will find a subfolder corresponding to your game store:
    • STEAM
    • GOG
    • EGS
  • When using Steam or GOG for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legends of the Zone Trilogy, your save files can be found in C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Saved Games\<game_name>
  1. Press “Submit” and you’re all set.
